General Sales Conditions

Listed price
Prices do not include local taxes. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, etc. imposed by law.

Conclusion of Sales Contract
A purchase contract is considered to be concluded when we send an order confirmation e-mail to you.

Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
Once the sales contract has been concluded, order cancellation is not accepted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products after they have been delivered.
We will bear the shipping costs for returns or exchanges in the event that the product is obviously defective or the wrong item is delivered.

Warranty
Except as stated in the preceding article, we make no warranty of any kind regarding defects in the products sold.

In order to ensure a positive experience for all users, we have set forth the following guidelines governing the use of our e-commerce platform. It is mandatory for all customers to comply with these standards.

Code of Conduct for Using Our E-Commerce Site

We have established the following code of conduct for the use of our e-commerce site. Customers are required to adhere to these guidelines.

Strict Prohibition of Actions Affecting Store Operations
Actions that disrupt our business operations, especially unauthorized access, excessive strain on the system, fraudulent ordering procedures, and repeated cancellations due to non-payment, are strictly prohibited.

Prohibition of Inappropriate Behaviors as Determined by Our Company
We prohibit actions that violate laws, ethics, or are against our company policies.

Measures Against Violations of Norms
In the event of a violation of these guidelines, our company may take the following actions against the customer:

Prohibit future purchases.
Cancel all orders placed.
Legal Basis
These measures are legally justified under the Consumer Contract Act (Act No. 61 of 1999) as appropriate responses to improper usage.

We aim to provide a fair and safe shopping experience for all our customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Other Notes
The product photos on this website are photographs of the actual product, but when viewed through a computer monitor, the colors and tones may differ from those seen directly on the actual product.
We are not responsible for any problems caused by non-arrival or garbled text in e-mails sent by us to you or e-mails sent by you to us.
If you order more than one item at a time and some of the items are out of stock, we may, at our discretion, not deliver the items until we have all of the items you ordered.
Please note that there are countries and regions to which we are unable to deliver due to security or other reasons. Countries and regions to which we are able to deliver are listed separately in the "Shipping" section.
We will ship goods in standard export packaging that can withstand international shipping.
We will be responsible for any damage or breakage of the goods caused by faulty packaging, but will not be held responsible for accidents caused by poor cargo handling by the customer.
Unless otherwise agreed, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the customer at the time the goods are delivered to the ocean or air carrier in Japan. However, we shall retain ownership of the goods until payment for them has been received.
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in shipment of goods or performance of contractual obligations due to war, civil commotion, riot, labor disputes, epidemic, fire, typhoon, flood, earthquake, embargo, government control, or any other cause beyond our control.

Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or difference of opinion which may arise between the parties hereto or in connection herewith, which cannot be settled between the parties hereto, shall be finally settled by arbitration in Japan in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Association. The arbitral award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Governing Law
The formation, validity, performance and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Additional Rules and Regulations
This agreement is effective as of September 8, 2023.
